Nettleham Parish Council met on 20th February 2012 and heard from West Lindsey DC and Lincolnshire County Council regarding the proposed redevelopment of the Linelands care home site. More information here.

Thirty-seven new "housing with care" units for over 55s may be built at the Linelands site in a project involving the county council, West Lindsey District Council and housing association Longhurst Group.
